Richard Epcar
Richard Epcar (born April 29th in Denver, Colorado) is an American actor voice actor / director, voicing over 300 characters in games, animation and anime. He is the husband of voice actress Ellyn Stern, with whom he owns and operates Epcar Entertainment, Inc., a voiceover production service company based in Los Angeles, California. On September 28, 2011, Richard Epcar appeared on the podcast Disasterpiece Theatre to discuss the his ideas for a live-action version of Ghost in the Shell.[1]
